My name is Jocelina Pina and I'm a recent Boston College Graduate with a BA in Studio Arts and a Minor in Marketing. January 2022 - August 2022
- Managed TCE’s social media platforms such as Linkedin, Facebook, and Instagram to ensure a successful digital presence
- Created, edited and published engaging posts on a weekly basis across multiple social channels to effectively reach wide-ranging audiences across the country, and the world
- Monitored and analyzed TCE’s online performance and audience reach to determine effective digital campaigns/strategies
- Managed a content calendar detailing key dates and required publications, including posts, stories, and promoted advertising to ensure consistent organizational alignment on tasks to be completed
- Assisted the director in researching, drafting, and submitting grant proposals to assist TCE’s overall monetary funding efforts
- Created and maintained a robust mailing list, through the effective tracking of personal data such as names, emails, addresses, and other data sources, for mail merge purposes
- Assisted in project management-oriented tasks for TCE’s various events, such as Hello world - Boston (April 2022) and TCE’s 2022 International Conference on Opportunities in the Arts: Create The Future, to streamline the achievement of envisioned goals of said events
- Effectively utilized knowledge garnered through a non-linear video editing training course, provided by the Boston Neighborhood Network’s (BNN) Media Education & Training Program, to optimally manipulate and edit film pieces and images for TCE’s ongoing 2023 ArtsHour Television Show Project (The course and tasks occurred on a concurrent basis)
